Review: Stage 2 manoeuvres mastered.  
Planning: The process of flying. Giving a flight plan.  
Preparations: Spreading out, attachment of harness, adjustments and pre-flight checks.
Ground Handling: Control, assistance, correct procedures.
Takeoffs in wind: With assistance, procedures, instructions, start position. Final checks, airspeed, & directional contol. Flying Position.
Minimum Sink Manoeuvres: Speed control, coordinated turns left & right. Min loss of height, without any sign of stall.
Wind Corrections Exercises / Manoeurving in lift bands: Figure 8 manoeuvring, corrections for wind drift, turns & reversing direction. Manoeuvring according to terrain & other traffic. Keeping a good lookout.
360 degree turns: Ordinary speed & at min sink, right & left shallow to medium bank, without any sign of stalls. Safe height & distance from terrain.
Stalling: (optional) to be attempted only with an instructor, with two way radion communications & over water. From min sink speed, from flight straight ahead & in turns, right & left. Safe height & distance from terrain. B-line stalls: force required to enter, avoidance of deep stall during recovery by quick let up of risers.
Frontal Collapses: At a safe altitude & distance from terrain. 20-30% on one side & on both sides. Progression from pulling on 1 A-line to 2,3, & 4. Use of counter steering with weight shift. Pulling out folds.
Soaring: Entering, turning & manoeurving in lift, corrections & gradient, without any signs of stalls.
Precision approaches & landings: Safe & standing inside an area preset by the instructor.
Written Exam: Minimum 75%
Experience: (to be verified from log)

* A min of 60 successful flights & a total of 10 flying hours in the air.

* Flying from 5 different sites, with at least 3 inland.
* 3 flights & a total of 1 hour in lift.
Airmanship Requirements:

The instuctor should be convinced that the student is able to take care of his own & others safety, while flying at altitude without direct supervision within the instructional & safety recommendations given for Para Pro Stage 3
